The jiu jitsu club would be a time to practice the ground submission and grappling events of jiu jitsu. There would be no takedowns, because that would increase the injury risk.

The motorcycle riding club is open to all riders, regardless of what you ride, how often you ride, or your skill level. Muay Thai & Kickboxing Club is a martial arts fitness group. Each training session is about 1 hour. Muay Thai is a full-body workout, enhances self-discipline, unleashes your inner warrior, and strength. Muay Thai increases your stamina, improves cardio, mobility, and a stress-buster.
