Peterson relocates COVID-19 testing site

Due to weather and safety concerns, the 21st Medical Group has moved the Peterson-Schriever Garrison COVID-19 testing to the former clubhouse of the Silver Spruce Golf Course, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Jan. 10, 2022.

Juice and snack bar opens in Peterson Fitness Center

A new juice and snack bar called Juice Bros held its grand opening in the Peterson Fitness Center on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Dec. 17, 2021. Co-owned by founder Omar Serbetci and Courteney Jones, Juice Bros offers a selection of smoothies and juices, as well as a menu of breakfast and lunch offerings — including a variety of vegetarian and vegan options —to serve the health and active living needs of the Peterson SFB community. This marks the first time the fitness center has had a food option in two years.
