PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Base legal officials recently announced nonjudicial punishment actions for October 2009.
A staff sergeant assigned to the 21st Medical Operations Squadron received nonjudicial punishment for a violation of Article 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, Failure to Go; Article 111, UCMJ, Drunken Driving; and Article 134, UCMJ, Drunkenness-Incapacitation for Performance of Duties. Member received a reduction to senior airman and forfeiture of $175 for two months, suspended.
An airman first class assigned to the 21st Security Forces Squadron received nonjudicial punishment for a violation of Article 112, UCMJ, Wrongful Use of Marijuana. Member received a reduction to airman basic and forfeiture of $699 for one month.
