PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The October Golden Knight award winner is for teamwork between the 21st Comptroller Squadron and the 21st Contracting Squadron.

Their combined efforts provided for smooth execution of one of the largest fiscal year closeouts to date, valued at about $380 million for the 21st Space Wing and $1.3 billion for Team Pete. Quality of life purchases included dorm furnishings, new fitness equipment, and youth center and child development center equipment.
